The food is only good depending on which day you go. It’s always very loud and I can never get good consistent food when I go here anymore. I decided to take my daughter here and received the worse service ever. It was very obvious I did not like my food. They made my eggs wrong. My turkey sausage were made in the same place they cook their pork and gave me only one full pancake instead of 2. I told the waiter to bring my bill. She wanted to take some off the bill, but...
Had a Maurice salad but was nothing like the original Hudson Maurice salad the dressing was definitely a ranch dressing not made with egg got plenty of meat for sure. The restaurant was definitely too noisy for me. My husband who wears hearing aids definitely couldn't even hear me in the place. Would I go back ? Most definitely not.
My friend and I both had the Hudson salad which was good, but we both agreed it would be better if the meat and cheese were in smaller pieces and perhaps mixed to blend the flavors. We both agreed there was not enough greens.
