Easily the best location in the area, genuinely nice people working there too. I don't think they've gotten my order wrong once, which has been something I've come to expect after going to other locations for a while now.

It was alright. Service was fast. The carrot cake iced capp was weird, but I don’t necessarily think it was this locations fault. I ordered a 10 piece assortment of Tim Bits. He pulled out a pre made box from behind the counter. I swear they tasted like they’ve been sitting there since yesterday. The donuts were stale and almost hard.

I love this Tim Hortons at 507 E Big Beaver Rd! The coffee is always fresh and tastes great, and my orders come out just the way I like them every time. The store is clean, quick, and a super convenient stop on my way through Troy. The store manager is very kind and professional, and you can tell their attitude rubs off on the whole team because everyone is so friendly and helpful. This has definitely become my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast.
