I went in the drive thru this morning, the line was long but they were moving extremely fast and I was grateful for that however I paid for a large Pumpkin spice latte hot. There was no whip cream on it at all and it taste like a regular coffee. I paid around $10 for this and a sausage egg and cheese wrap. I even asked at the drive thru is this a pumpkin spice latte and the man assured me it was. I am disappointed and now I am at work stuck with this large drink I do not want...

I was in this store in Big Beaver on August 1st at around 10:30am.

Whoever was the manager at the time, he needs some serious management training. It is highly probable that he is the same person complained about in another recent review of this location. If it is, he probably needs a new assignment.

Easily the best location in the area, genuinely nice people working there too. I don't think they've gotten my order wrong once, which has been something I've come to expect after going to other locations for a while now.
