Vivi Bubble Tea never disappoints! I got a drink here and it was super tasty — the tea was fresh, the boba was perfectly chewy, and the sweetness was just right. The shop has a bright, cute vibe and the staff were really nice and quick with the order.

Most disgusting manger I’ve ever seen in my life. We came in and ordered 3 drinks and the card machine was having trouble working so we paid cash instead. It looked like the person working at the register was new and when she got confused about the change that was supposed to be given back, the manger or whoever it was that was there trying to figure out how to cancel the transaction on the machine was being so condescending and disrespectful to the girl on register and even had the audacity to say “you can’t do math?” INFRONT of costumers. It was absolutely disgusting what we heard and saw. Poor girl for having to deal with such unprofessional coworkers. Learn how to control situations in a professional and respectful manner cause that was just nasty.

The Taro Crème Brûlée -3/10 . It’s so freaking thick and the chunks in it make it even worse. And it’s no Taro taste at all. I’m so mad I ordered that. It wasn’t good at all. Get a fruit tea instead!
