This is the best drink—sweet and salty, perfect combo. However, the customer service is bad. It’s mostly from one Asian guy, who always sounds rude and very unwelcoming. Other staff are nice. However, we will ignore him and try the tasty drinks.
Vivi Bubble Tea never disappoints! I got a drink here and it was super tasty — the tea was fresh, the boba was perfectly chewy, and the sweetness was just right. The shop has a bright, cute vibe and the staff were really nice and quick with the order.
Great product. There's a few spots....we know this. However this spot gets my order right every time. Their product is very consistent. Can't say that for other spots. Hate the drive, love the tea.
