I used to enjoy coming to Wow Sushi, but my recent experience left much to be desired. My wife and I visited yesterday and ordered a special spicy California roll (among other things). Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in our order, and we received shrimp tempura instead. We didn’t realize the mistake until the bill came, and we were charged for the more expensive tempura dish, even though it was their error. When I brought this to their attention, the staff did not address the issue, and we were left feeling disappointed.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their service and communication.

Usually hit this place up w/ my buddy on Saturday every so often. Place always has solid Sushi and katsu for very reasonable prices and portions.
Wow is seriously just WOW. The best sushi ever, always so fresh and amazing. I’ve been coming to Wow for about 12 years now and it’s never changed. The sushi and all the food is always on point.
