Beyond disappointing. TWICE now I’ve ordered sushi from here where I’ve explicitly asked for no wasabi. Instead of making the sushi without wasabi, they simply WIPE IT OFF after they’ve already put it on there. You obviously cannot remove the wasabi taste by simply wiping it off after it’s already been spread on the sushi.

Very disappointed. Second time ordering here where I’ve asked for no wasabi on the sushi. They clearly got the message but too late because they simply tried to wipe off the wasabi. This has happened multiple times … shows a complete lack of respect and decency for the customer.

Miso soup & crab dumplings came out lukewarm. Okay. Sushi was clearly not quality fish, it was chewy, stringy, cut way too thick, and I even started feeling sick halfway through eating. I thought it was because the rolls themselves looked unappetizing- our dragon roll came out with a mush of avocado/guacamole and further mush of what looked like smushed eel-mixture on top. I would have taken a picture, but I was busy trying not to feel so grossed out. I really thought it was just in my head and even had a second piece of that slop, but now writing this from the toilet 15 min later, I know it did not only LOOK bad, the food quality was just bad. This food literally gave me food poisoning. Anyway, back to the rolls- Sunday Morning roll was also terrible, Sapporo has a much better one. Spicy mayo on the spicy escolar / in the spicy tuna mixture had zero kick, it just tasted like mayo. Sushi Neko has much better spicy mayo sauce.
Overall, it sucked. I’ve had Wow before, probably haven’t been in a year or so, but I remember it always used to be good. Not the best, for sure, but still average mid-tier sushi spot. Not sure whats going on now, but I would advise against eating here. Take your business somewhere with FRESH fish, and a semblance of care for how they serve food.

I got the unagi don bowl chock full of goodies and delicious. No skimping here. Good value.
I used to enjoy coming to Wow Sushi, but my recent experience left much to be desired. My wife and I visited yesterday and ordered a special spicy California roll (among other things). Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in our order, and we received shrimp tempura instead. We didn’t realize the mistake until the bill came, and we were charged for the more expensive tempura dish, even though it was their error. When I brought this to their attention, the staff did not address the issue, and we were left feeling disappointed.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their service and communication.
