Ordered lobster bisque. I got some pot pie type of soup. Didn't think I needed to check the bag for one soup where all you have to do is pour the soup that the customer requested into a container.

They don’t let you have samples of the soup… but at other soups you can sample them

This place has gone down the tubes. They no longer give you a baguette with your soup and the sandwich was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. So expensive for what it is, at least it used to be worth it.

Is the closest one to my house, about 25 minutes. Get to the counter, guy just looks at me, never asked for my order.I ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie with extra pie crust on the side. I get back home with my order to find no pie crust on the soup or extra on the side.Butter was on top of the soup so it was just liquid.Won't be going out of my way to go back there again.

Horrible service, I came here to order sandwiches and the lady there told me we don't have, only soup. I think they were lazy to made them , couse I was there at 5:15 and they close at 6:00. I never come back!!!
I ordered grain bowl. Most of the salad leaves were yellow. I showed the employee and he said that how he got it. One of the worse customer service, and the food not worth the $11 that I paid

My wife and I absolutely had to walk away from this place after we seen a young female worker with her mask under her chin...wipe her nose with paper towel and then wipe it again with her hand, then walk up to serve soup! THAT'S IT IM DONE ??

My husband and I went to Zoup on Saturday afternoon. While in line, we noticed that one of the workers didn’t have her on mask . It was under her chin. We watched her prepare 3 orders all while her mask was under her chin. Before placing our order, my husband asked the cashier was the worker allowed to work without wearing a mask. The cashier turned and told her to put her mask on. Another worker spoke up and said she forgot. After placing our order, another customer walks up to place their order, and she also questioned why the worker didn’t have on her mask. The worker didn’t have on her mask again. The cashier had to say something to the worker again. Another worker proceeds to yell at the cashier and said “what? Can’t no one keeps these masks on all day”. With the high number of Covid cases, this type of behavior is not acceptable. After seeing this, I don’t think that I can patronize this restaurant any more. I will be calling Corporate.

Service was very slow, soup was quite cold (bisque no less) and when she set four drinks in front of me and I asked if she had a drink carrier she nastily snapped “NO” with full on attitude. Not going back.
