If you have read any of my reviews you know that I have food sensitivities. I found that there were were several things I can eat here and many more, with a tiny bit of modification, I can also eat. My nephew got the Maple Kick bowl and liked it very much (he found the riced cauliflower to be a bit spicy) and I got the bacon cobb salad. I had to inquire about the dressing and the manager went above and beyond to find out the ingredients for me. I know I am one of those nightmare...
Great selection of soups, with a few alternatives if you'd prefer a salad or sandwich as well. Speedy service. A bit pricey, but it's Somerset Collection. Plenty of seating with great views in the huge food court.
Good soup and great variety...but man are they slow. I'm not just talking about a couple times; consistently slow for ladling a pre-cooked item. I guess I should be alright with a little extra wait for quality food. It's just that you get soup because you think that it is a quick meal.
