The food was phenomenal and came quickly despite the sudden rush. Their Goat cheese and roasted garlic baguette was fresh, buttery, and flavorful. I had the lamb sirloin with mashed potatoes and asparagus, my wife had the salmon with mashed potatoes and greens, both were cooked to perfection. For desert their beignets will bring you right to café du monde in new Orleans. The keylime cheesecake was great as well.
Nicely appointed restaurant and we were promptly seated. As an aside we had several great meals at a previous location so we have been customers for a long time. Started with the grilled caesar salad; our only complaint is that the dressing, while good,
seemed excessive. We noth ordered the perch entree. The perch was perfectly sautéed accompanied Asian Cole slaw. Timothy is a must stop, if you are in the area. Plenty of interesting choices for appetizers and entrees.

I have been going to Timothy's for 20 plus years and it's always been an excellent fish restaurant. They've added a lot of really good non-fish entrees as well and I recently stumbled upon their smoked ribs. I was completely blown away. I had no idea they even made them. A beautiful rack of baby back ribs with the perfect dry rub. A little bit salty a little bit spicy. A little bit sweet and definitely Smokey. They were not greasy at all and they had a great texture....
