We were there on a Sunday during lunch. It was busy and there was only one waitress working the entire section. We did have to wait a bit to get served. Rebecca was awesome!! She had no help from the hostess, manager or bartenders. The manager should have stepped up to help her!! He came to our table at the end of our lunch to ask us to scan the QR code for a review. I am only leaving this review to give Rebecca credit. She is a hard worker and deserves a shout out for being awesome!!!

First time eating here. We were a party of three, server was polite and attentive. We ordered and it did take a bit for any food to get to our table. Our appetizer arrived and a few minutes later our main meal arrived. Our server mentioned to the food runners that we had just barely been served our appetizer. Despite waiting a while for any food to arrive, we had a good dinner. I'd like to go back for their lunch/ early bird menu. The Mac and cheese is excellent, and the brisket is cooked very well.

We stopped ordering from here for a while because the food was sub par and the wait staff is well below average. Well leave it to us during the 9.99 rib special to order a few times and the first time was really good, no complaints. The second time I had a bit of an issue with the car side pick up, but the last time and I mean absolutely last time I will be coming back was walking in to pick up the order and no one being at the counter. Ok, fine I understand that there's other things to do. I waited a few minutes and then hollered a hello as loud as I could but the music in the back of the kitchen was too loud for them to hear me. I walked around the restaurant hoping that a server would help me but all I saw was one person engaged in a conversation just outside the bar and the hostess having her nose buried so far in her phone that she didn't know I existed. Infact I scared her when I walked up to her and after saying excuse me softly a few times and then saying it louder, she jumped. When I asked her if anyone was doing carryout she went to the kitchen to get them. When someone came out I pointed out that I've been waiting for at least 20 minutes to find someone and it's so loud in the kitchen that they couldn't hear me yelling, yet everyone else in the restaurant could. The only thing that I got was sorry and cold food.To whomever does the st. Louis ribs and remembers to take the membrane off before cooking it, kudos to you because they're great. To whomever keeps forgetting to do it and makes for a tough and quite frankly a nasty piece of meat, you have some learning to do.All in all I'd prefer to go to mission BBQ because at least I get great food and service there.

For the price I would expect way more. First, having "smoke" in the name is false advertising. I'm pretty sure this place ran out of smoke for the day because nothing I got had any smoke flavor. I got a 2 meat combination for $22. That's not including the $5 upcharge for brisket. For the grant total of $27 plus tax (for one meal) I received 4 tiny chicken wings that were dryer than the Sahara desert and 2 whole slices of brisket. Everything was next to tasteless and left me more hungry than I was before I started eating. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. $80 bucks on food for my family and my husband gets it home. His burger is supposes to be medium well... it's black and dry. My salmon is dry and my loaded potato looks like they cut it open and slapped it on a plate. Take my advice and drive the extra 15 minutes to bad brads. We will never go to smokey bones again.
Our recent visit at the Utica Smokey bones had me profoundly disappointed and disgusted. After ordering a salad, my family and I were shocked to find multiple hairs within it. Despite bringing this to the attention of our waitress, her response was shockingly indifferent. We were provided a replacement salad without apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation with what's going around now... THEN, the ordeal repeated itself when we discovered another hair in our vegetables with our dinner!! The waitresses lack of empathy and failure to escalate the issue to management was deeply troubling! She just asked us if we would like another side in replacement. Despite these disgusting errors, we were still charged for both dishes, leaving us utterly disgusted and we then notified this and complained to management. In light of this experience, we will not be returning to this place EVER AGAIN!

The Wife, Family and I went here after Resurrection Sunday Worship. The food we had was Great ?. However, the service was off as there shipment for replenishment failed to arrive. This caused our Server quite the headache as things we had ordered weren't available. Resulting in a long wait, some cold food and an unhappy Wife. I am thankful for the management which lowered our bill and did there best. I Pray that things get back on track as we're hoping to return for a better experience.
