“My wife and i come in every Momday or Tuesday for dinner and drinks. The food is great but service is better! We are so impressed with the level of sevice Tara and sierra provides week in and week out. It is not only us they take care of but everyone around us as well. We truly look forward to their company and conversation and will continue to be patreons of this establishment as long as they continue to work here. Hopefully they will never leave, if so we will FOLLOW!“
“I first dined at the Chop House 16 years ago and to this day I must say it is still the best restaurant in Grand Rapids. Food quality as well as service is above any other restaurant in the area. First class all the way, in my opinion there is no other establishment I would call on to celebrate a special occasion.“
“Went there for dinner tonight. Did the waitlist on the App, got there and were seated pretty much right away even though super busy. Everything was great from the rolls to dinner, and prices are affordable. Had Sarah as our server and she was Great! Highly recommend.“
“Came in between lunch and dinner hours with two toddlers. Waitress was attentive, food was great for the price. But, what really impressed me was the kindness shown by the staff to my children who gave them each a stuffed animal and some tokens for the crane game. A+“
“Had a very good steak there with an excellent waitress. We eat here about 3 times a month and the quality of the steak varies based on who is cooking. Sometimes medium rare comes out as medium well and sometimes the steak is still moving. For the price and quality of experience, this Outback in Grandville is our favorite.Dietary restrictions: My girlfriend is Celiac and has not gotten sick yet from eating there. There is a gluten free menu and the servers seem to understand it as an allergy.“
“Placed drink order, then appetizers and mains. Bloomin onion and ausie fries were amazed amazeballs! I'm still waiting for a drink. The coconut shrimp was burnt, and I never did get my drink. This was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon, and the place had very few patrons. Certainly not what I remember Outback to be...“
