“We went to the Grand Rapids location and we're very happy with the service. Gabby was a delightful waitress and when we go back we will be requesting her table. She made the experience so enjoyable. We likened the experience to Fogo de Chao but it was so much better because the food was hot and the staff were so helpful. If you want some fine dining with excellent service, I recommend this to anybody!“

“We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long while. We've been missing out! Went to Grandville Texas Roadhouse yesterday (Sunday @ noon). Our wait time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (Annika) was attentive and genuinely sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super-delicious! We won't wait so long before coming back!“

Food was great!! my husband and I went here for our anniversary earlier this year outback steakhouse has great food especially the Aussie fries. I love those and we had a very friendly waitress named Summer, hope you come to this location asked for her to be a waitress. She is absolutely great“

“We had a party of 9, including 2 children and we had the absolute best experience this weekend! Diamonte was our waiter and he 100% nailed every aspect of our visit. He had great interactions with the kids and remembered their names (they loved that). The food was perfect; we had steaks, salmon, shrimp, burgers and don't forget the ROLLS! This was Sunday dinner and they were pretty full but there was absolutely no delays. Thank you Diamonte and crew - we will be back for sure!“

“Steaks cooked perfectly! Juicy and seasoned expertly. Bang Bang Shrimp was sooo good. Grilled shrimp was also awesome. Ribs fell off the bone. Service was the best we've had for some time. Overall HIGHLY recommend!

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.“
