This Wendy's is known for its comfortable atmosphere and cleanliness, along with a staff that is friendly and accommodating. While they usually fulfill mobile app orders efficiently, some recent experiences indicate that the service can vary. Customers have reported that the tall mid-30s male manager may not always be welcoming, which can affect the overall experience. However, the woman manager and another younger employee have received praise for their fast and polite service. The restaurant is recognized for its delicious Chicken Cobb Salad and Chili, and even special requests, like the secret menu T-Rex Burger, are typically handled with a smile. Despite some issues with forgotten items and customer service, there are moments when the staff go above and beyond, such as providing a free lunch when breakfast hours end earlier than expected.
