Shout out to the team that worked Super Bowl Sunday. They had a lobby full of impatient and rude customers and still remained professional and did the best they could to deal with the overwhelming rush. Even though it did take a long time for me to receive my order when I did receive it the food was great.
A little shocked at all the negative reviews - thankfully most if not all my wingstop experiences have been good! No complaints about my food / orders, love wings/tenders! And the ranch is to die for. However yes it does take what feels like years to receive your food occasionally. A few times I have walked in with multiple people cramped waiting.
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
