My sister and I took a couple of days at Easter to get away. We had the Easter brunch at the Inn. The quiet elegance of our surroundings was like stepping back in time far away from plastic franchise restaurants. We enjoyed a leisurely and delicious meal. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. We had a table by a window with a beautiful view of Walloon Lake. They provided real linen tablecloths and napkins with an elegant table setting. We felt like queens!
The restaurant was lovely, with excellent service. My husband had the steak and loved it. I had the short rib, it was tender but I've had tastier. I didn't say anything as we were having a lovely time and one so so meal would not stop me from returning.
Impeccable service and cuisine. White linen, who does that anymore. Quiet, we can hear ourselves talk and don't have to speak loudly because everyone respects that. The best view and ambience in the Petoskey region.
