I’ve been coming here to play darts for a long time and my most recent experience tonight 4/28/26 has been the best Hands-down! I wish I could’ve gotten the names of the workers that served us they were very friendly. The woman at the bar made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly, 10 out of 10 service 10 out of 10 drinks and will be back soon! I’ve had their food and it’s good too. They also now have specials every weeknight for food and good happy hour deals....
Bugsy's is exactly what you want it to be. Come as you are type of place. Full of regulars with quick service and great food. Moved to the west side 3 years ago and still come back to Bugsy's for the wings. They're not enormous and pumped full of hormones. They're real chicken wings. House sauce could be bottled and sold.
Wings are great as always. Staff has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years. Honestly not sure why they can’t keep good workers. They have gotten flat out rude, slow and incompetent. I did this job for 15 years and I’m wondering where the disconnect is.
