I wrote off captain Jay's a few years ago because it was so bad every time I went. Well, today proved why I stopped spending my money at any of these establishments. Let's start with the horrible customer service when placing our order over the phone. Can we move our lips and enunciate when speaking to a customer? We constantly had to ask her to repeat herself because we couldn't understand her. Also, you don't need to ask if that's it after each item, how about wait to the end of the order.The food was just as terrible as I remember. Wings that are the size of someone's pinky toe, bland fish, and barely any lemon pepper. The pop is flat and the shrimp was overcooked. Trust me, I won't ever eat captain Jay's again, not even if someone else pays for it.

Poor drive thru service. Food was not good after waiting in line for 30 min. Will never be back. Definitely need to change there service. Person in drive thru kept asking is that all after every item I ordered ????????????????

I placed an order online at 4:45 PM which said my food would be ready between 5:00 - 5:10 PM. When I arrived, I told them I placed an order online and told them the name it was under. It was quite busy and there were two employees working up a front (the register and the drive thru) and two in the back. For some reason, one of the people up front eventually went to the back and it appeared as if she was just talking while the girl up front was slammed. I saw what I thought was my food come out around 5:10 PM but no one did anything with it. I asked about my order twice and both times they said "Let me check" and did nothing. I watched them grab the tab for the order, look at it, then walk away. The hot food portion of my order was complete, I just needed my sides and sauces. They could have had me out by 5:10 PM. After seeing my food sit there (uncovered) for 15 minutes, I finally pointed to my food asking "Is that my order?" It still took another 5-10 minutes for them to finish it since the girl up front kept starting and stopping her work, going from working on finishing my order to doing something else. When I thought it was done, she asked if I wanted the ranch that I paid for. When I said yes she said, "The ranch is in the back. Do you want me to get it?" Yes, since I paid for it. However, instead of getting it, she starts walking around doing other things to the point another customer says to her at least three times, "Stop what you are doing and just get her ranch." This customer eventually shouted to the people in the back to get my ranch since it was just getting ridiculous. I also discovered that they keep the mac and cheese in the cooler, so it is cold. She asked if I wanted her to heat it up and I could not imagine how much longer that would take, so I said no. It took a total of 45 minutes for me to get my order simply because they did not seem to have a clue what they were doing. While I was there, another customer was in a similar situation unable to leave since she was never given her drink. She asked multiple times just to get a cup and said she would do it herself. Honestly, the complete cluelessness made me wonder if they were high since they seemed utterly confused the entire time.

Placed an order online for this location. Long wait. I went in and gave my name and told them it was an online order, later I went up again to ask about the delay in my order and the person said "oh yeah" and grabbed my order from the door dash location (apparently they use DoorDash for their online oderes), two other people ahead of me had placed orders online as well and they called their names to pick up their orders. Got home and I noticed I was shorted the macaroni and cheese. I called on my way back and they told me they did not have any cooked and it would take 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and they stated they had a no refund policy. Said it had to go through DoorDash. DoorDash online system dircted me to contact the store. Called the restaurant again and they said no refunds. Very poor customer service.

Just picked up our dinner and would never go back. Everything was cold, hard and hardly no fish all batter. Ordered Cod and got perch. I can't recommend anything from here.
