I wrote off captain Jay's a few years ago because it was so bad every time I went. Well, today proved why I stopped spending my money at any of these establishments. Let's start with the horrible customer service when placing our order over the phone. Can we move our lips and enunciate when speaking to a customer? We constantly had to ask her to repeat herself because we couldn't understand her. Also, you don't need to ask if that's it after each item, how about wait to the end...read full review
1st time hereI can't even believe how hard my food is. And it's 4 of us and she messed up all our food. And was nasty about it when we said something about it. Won't be back here...
