This is not what queso is supposed to look like or taste like! Very chunky and this was a “fresh batch”. Tasted awful and powdery . I’m not sure if this is what kids meals are supposed to look like either. Got it for my daughter and I asked the guy what does the kids meal come with? He replied “what do you want” i was very confused and my daughter didn’t even want to eat it.

Disappointed in this location. Came in on 11/21 at 6:45pm. Got a carne asada burrito w extra carne asada and guac. First team member to serve me was kind, but underportioned my carne asada as per your website. Then I had to get double carne asada because the first wasn’t enough, and then another team member who appeared to be a shift lead served me but underportioned me again. To order double carne asada and have to pay $7 more and not even get a full serving is ridiculous. Seems wrong to charge $7 for 5-6 more pieces of steak. Also my burrito was wrapped so bad I asked the team member to double wrap it, and she proceeds to give me attitude. Definitely expected more from here.

No greeting, sidebar conversations amongst each other(non-work related) & just plain rude. Like button yourselves up a bit. My bowl was 9/10 though. No veggies of course.
Ordered a bowl with double steak and barbacoa, Not only did I not get any steak but I didn't get another protein to compensate and it looks like a regular helping of barb. This is completely unacceptable. This location is a complete Rip Off, A new staff is needed or they need to be re-trained immediately.

The lack of veggies is a real turn off for me personally. But on the upside the tenderness of the meat is fantastic the food is really good, the atmosphere is a little dark. Also if you dont know what it is you want the attitude from the employee becomes very noticeable. but even with all of that I would still highly recommend the place because to me the food is the biggest selling point and they do a fantastic job at that.

Place is usually dirty but the foods better than a lot of the city chipotles. Horrible rude staff and just linger on their phones and don’t answer you when you talk to them. This employee is a real disappointment. I wish people cared about their jobs for a more enjoyable customer experience.

This location is severely lacking in competent staff and food; if you call to ask if they have food for the day the staff doesn’t answer the phone they have AI that takes you in circles and doesn’t tell you if they’re out of food. They close at random hours without notice and the interior is FILTHY all the time! I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who’s hungry you will leave pissed and your time will be wasted they do not care.

If you're getting a pick up, something is always going to be wrong. Item/s will be missing or they'll skim on the protein. Especially the burritos. But if you go in person to order, it will be fine.
