I ordered a burrito bowl on ubereats, this was the worst meal the rice was hard and crunchy as if they gave me day old rice, I tried to speak with someone about it and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I spent $37 on a meal I couldn't enjoy. This is cruelty to pay for something I couldn't enjoy. Also not fair how chipotle took my money and not trying to rectify this issue.

All the meat we had was much too spicy -And there were no spicy sauces or toppings added! Uneatable. One was a child's chicken quesadilla and the other was their new smoked brisket. Tried to combat the spice with sour cream but still too spicy. We won't be back.

The staff was the best Literally took me like 15 minutes before closing. EVERYONE WAS SO SWEET. AND REALLY NEEDS MORE PAY MOST DEFINITELY GREAT PERSONALITYS MY FOOD WAS AMAZING. Not sure if Chipotle restaurants are all Franchises, but this one has to be the priciest one in South East Michigan. A bowl of rice, beans, double chicken and guacamole ran me $30 😭
I want to say the food was great! I do want to say the staff I can see are all really hard workers. I could see some work place tension but everyone was pulling it together under stress. I had a very large 32 burrito order for my shop. They are hard working men and only get their 1 hour clock punch. My company buys them all lunch once a month as a thank you. I placed my order 2 days prior for a specific pick up time. When I arrived 10 min early with a busy restaurant and realized they didn't really even start my order I was panicked. When I asked about timing I was told they were busy and had 2 other catering orders before me it would be only 5 min late. It was 27 min late. For one as a business professional my advise is to never say that to your customer. For two I know you received these orders in advance. Take accountability for your bad time management and lack of organization and leadership of your team. Since I'm being direct I will say that your professionalism shined through but really only because I called my shop told them I was going to be late, which I was by 15 min. That's a big deal to clock punchers and settled on patience and peace. I'm not writing this to be mean but for I hope to whoever is running the show to read this constructively and possibly invest in going to the SBA and see if there are any business professional and time management courses and to always remember don't mix friendships with work and never disempower yourself to excuses.

The staff be playing around, joking while it’s a line full of ppl, they NEVER have any Vinaigrette and the chips never be warm/fresh. Guac be on point sometimes.. But hey it’s Chipotle!
