Went to Church's Chicken #981 in Warren, MI. Using the Driv-thru, I ordered 2 #3s with Cole Slaw combos and 2 LG Fried Okra .. they failed to get the2nd Fried Okra, failed to give one Cole Slaw and didn't give the drinks that came with the combo. They also don't carry "Spicy" as advertised.
I like Church's chicken, and usually the Dequindre location. The grounds need cleaning and fixing up, but the cashier is always nice.
However today, 1/21/21, I ordered the "10/$10" special and 3 Jalapenos. When I got home, I realized the box only contained 5 Legs and 3 Thighs (if they had to short the box, they didn't have to leave out 2 of the biggest items! )
I tried to call...twice! . The phone rang several times and then an automatic voice said, "Goodbye!"
