Went through the drive thru and got an ice toasted white chocolate signature latte and 2 maple sugar bacon sandwiches but instead of caramel drizzle on the latte they put a crumble on top of the whipped cream that didn't taste very good and there was no maple sugar or pepper on the sandwiches. It was okay but if I order a specific sandwich I expect it to have all the ingredients it says it comes with.

Sometimes they mess up my coffee and sometimes they make it burnt also and I had an issue there once with a young girl that's was blonde and bigger girl she was very rude and she wanted to toss my drink at us to

Pretty reliable, good at getting coffee temperature right.Food is pretty good but not usually excellent - it is exactly correct, exactly as expected.Solid. Understand this is five stars for a donut shop, don't compare to five star steakhouse.
