I just bought three frozen coffees from there and it was so sweet it started instantly upsetting our stomach I just tried to call to ask them if I can bring it back and possibly remake it and they wouldn't even answer the phone and don't have a voicemail that's set up yet
Very friendly people that work here. We've become addicts to this location. Very accurate with orders to specifications and substitutions, unlike a lot of other places in the area.
I've done a few online order's and in store as well. I was charged twice for 1 order, then Friday, while at an appointment, an online order was ordered, I tried canceling the order once I noticed. That's also an issue, Dunkin Donuts need to figure out, I was at the doctor and then went to the bank and thought the charge would fall off. Nope, it didn't help. I have 2 case number's open and have yet to hear from them via email. This should've be resolved...
