I always hate to give bad reviews because I've worked in the food service industry before and I feel horrible giving bad reviews but I'm just going to take it as they were probably super busy and probably having a bad day and stressed and I always try to remember that everyone always has other things going on in their life and things going on at home. It was just a little disappointing that my order was wrong and when I politely ask the worker if I could get it corrected....
Please get the lady some help in the mornings. (6:00 am) She moves too slow to be on the drive thru; that line should be moving quickly, knowing people have to get to work on time. I love me some Dunkin Ijs
I was in Detroit to see a Tigers game and on my way back I stopped at this location to get a coffee and some doughnuts, the store seemed very clean and they share the building with baskin and robbins, coffee and ? were fresh. The only thing is that they are doing construction outside the store and there was no place to park. We wanted eat in but (the entire strip mall parking is under construction). all in all everything was ?? good!
