Came here for sushi and it definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the GM Roll and the New Salmon Roll, and both were really tasty. You can tell the ingredients were fresh, especially with the salmon. The GM Roll had a nice crispy texture with a sauce that brought everything together really well. Tried the GM Roll and the New Salmon Roll and both were sooo good. The presentation alone was beautiful and everything tasted really fresh. The GM Roll had the perfect crunch with a really flavorful sauce on top, and the balance of textures was honestly my favorite part. The New Salmon Roll was super soft and fresh. I also loved how they plated everything it made the whole experience feel fancy without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’d come back to if I’m craving sushi...
