My go to for Jets Pizza! Order is always correct and the food hot when received. The staff is also friendly and the hayes location is always very clean!
I have finally accepted you don't read the tickets. my copy says sesame seed all over pizza. out of the 50 times I've ordered it its been right 3 times. Each of those times I stated it was wrong on previous orders. And pretty sure light sauce shouldn't ooz out all over on the first bite of my now tomato soup pizza. 👎👎
At this location, the employees seem to lack leadership and clear direction. they have no sense of time when pizzas will be ready. 2 of my orders in the last month have been incorrect and they refused to reconcile them. When I called and asked for a manager, I was put on hold for an extended period and then hung up on and not allowed to speak to a manager. Tonight is the final straw.
