This place is a TOTAL DISASTER and needs to be closed immediately. No workers, cold food, no food, and when they do havr food they don't take credit / debit cards. I HOPE this place goes out of business. Mr. Itich, is rolling over in his grave because of this store.
This specific location is run horribly. They cannot figure out how to efficiently staff to run both the lobby and the drive thru. They will tell you the food would be ready in 20 minutes and you will wait over an hour. They cash you out first and then won’t refund your money!

Despite limited staff, the restaurant managed to fulfill orders efficiently across different channels and maintained a clean environment. Customers enjoy great pizzas, but there are some issues. For instance, some customers have repeatedly asked for their thin crust to be cut into triangles, but it was still served in squares. There is a desire for an option on the app for how to cut the pizza. Additionally, while the deep dish pizza tastes amazing, some slices have uneven sauce distribution. There have been comments about the service being a bit slow, with food sometimes sitting on the counter, and pizza not cut all the way. Despite these issues, the overall food quality remains good, and there is plenty of parking available.
