Went there to grab a pickup order from the App. Signs says the lobby closes at 8pm and it was closed a whole hour earlier. The whole point of me using the app was to not have to wait either inside or in the drivethrough. Had to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through. Would have been better to just come up and order like normal instead of the app

Waited 20 minutes for the worst Italian cheese bread I’ve ever had in my life. It was straight up DISGUSTING. I threw it away after having one slice. I see why they have terrible ratings. Horrible establishment

Great pizzas but repeatedly reminded them to cut our thin crust like a pie in triangles and they still handed it to us cut up in little squares. I wish they would put an option how to cut it in the first place on their app. Still when you get there and tell a human being three times to cut it pie style they should understand it.

I worked at this location for about 2 years, 1 year as a normal crew member then about a year as an assistant manger. It was my first ever job and it was good for a period of time, then quickly management made a ton of mistakes with who they decided to promote to replace the store manager, and all the reliable people left, what followed was literally hell to work at and obviously hell for anyone wishing to buy any food. some mornings i would go in and there would literally be me and one other person for literally 4-5 hours and it caused 2 people to leave after it happened to them more than a few times. Its obviously how the system is designed, they expect people to quit after a short period of time being paid the price of 2 hot and ready's an hour and they just replace them with another highschool age crew member who is sure to quit shortly again. Glad im out of there.

If I could give less than 1 star I could. Waited 1 hour for crazy puffs… there was only 1 car ahead of us. They forgot the order by the time they came to the window and retook the order an hour later of waiting. Terrible service
