The manager 'Mike' at this location is very RUDE and is a control freak. High employee turnover at this location (likely in part due to him) and their drive through isn't always open even though the store is- AVOID this location and save yourself from experiencing some really bad customer service!!!

This place is the worst in the state you order online and they lock the doors you have to wait in the drive through for a pizza you ordered an hour ago the staff does not care at all, this location is pathetic go to the one at 10 mile in Eastpointe

Order the pretzel and a cheese pizza took over 35 minutes. pretzel pizza's crust wasn't cut, just the toppings. When I showed up to ask if the pizza was ready the guy said he thought it was then he comes back to the counter and just takes the next customer doesn't tell me if it's ready just ignores me. Wish I hadn't put a tip on before I got the pizza.

Took an hour to get my pizza and it was still cold. Only had a couple bites because the bacon tasted spoiled ? I figured ordering a pizza, it would be fresh and hot. Waste of $16 + tip.... Guess I'll stick to just Hot & Ready and a new location next time.

Worse location I've ever been to. There's never any "hot n ready" food ready. Good luck getting any new promotional items, they never have them here either. If you use the portal your order is wrong 75% of the time when you pick up, even ordering in the drive through you you'll get the wrong pizza or the wrong sauce on wings you ordered. You don't expect quality at little Ceasars but it's success is due to convenience and low price, both of those are almost non existent
