Give the man that basically working by himself a raise
Ridiculous wait for a prepaid pizza. Waiting for nearly half an hour to pick up an order that was ready before I arrived.
Worst location they ignore you at the drive-thru speaker you pull up to the window they hide they all need to be fired the ones that work today and usually the weekends

There is a desire for an option on the app for how to cut the pizza. Additionally, while the deep dish pizza tastes amazing, some slices have uneven sauce distribution. There have been comments about the service being a bit slow, with food sometimes sitting on the counter, and pizza not cut all the way. Despite these issues, the overall food quality remains good, and there is plenty of parking available.
