The service is not doing their work on time.
Called to make an order for pick up. The worker on the phone was very rude and was rushing me for my order, while in the phone I asked if I could pick up through drive thru, he said yes. I get there, honk my horn for the drive thru window, some other worker put up a sign that said “drive thru closed till 9 pm” & then made a comment that I didn’t catch. Very rude, I will not be going here anymore.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Little Caesars. My husband and I ordered a thin crust pizza, and after eating about 3–4 slices, we realized there was a shiny sheet of wax-like paper baked underneath the cheese and sauce, covering the crust. It was hidden, so we had no way of noticing until we’d already eaten a significant portion of the pizza.

There is a desire for an option on the app for how to cut the pizza. Additionally, while the deep dish pizza tastes amazing, some slices have uneven sauce distribution. There have been comments about the service being a bit slow, with food sometimes sitting on the counter, and pizza not cut all the way. Despite these issues, the overall food quality remains good, and there is plenty of parking available.
