Motor City Sports Bar & Grill

I’ve been to Motor City Bar and Grill before for a night out, and I had a great time. The drinks were solid, and the crowd had good energy—no complaints at all. However, I didn’t try the food on that visit.

This time, I decided to get the full experience. While the bar doesn’t offer a happy hour or lunch specials, the menu is reasonably priced, so I can see why. That said, I was a bit surprised that my house margarita came out to $12.

Service-wise, the experience was great. My bartender was super cool and attentive. For my meal, I ordered the house margarita and the Motor City Burger, which features a 1/2 lb. burger patty, 3 oz. of corned beef, and a mix of Swiss and American cheese.

The standout for me was the corned beef—it absolutely carried the burger. Unfortunately, the patty itself lacked seasoning, which held the dish back a bit.

Overall, I wouldn’t count this spot out. It’s still a great place to hang out and grab drinks, and I noticed a few other menu items that caught my eye for next time.

Motor City Bar and Grill remains a solid spot to unwind with good drinks—I’m looking forward to trying more from their menu soon!

I went last Saturday for thee first time ever, and let me tell you it was packed to the capacity . This place was TURNT on saturday 🥳🎊I Didn’t stay long it was alr 1:00am had a drink then dip

Go somewhere else ordered lunch for carryout, staff from motor city says when do you want it. I state 10:05 they say ok and hang up . Upon arrival my order isn't even started. They have no orders up. The guy was rude. long time customer Never again

The girl and the guy unfortunately ignored me the entire time I was sitting at the bar. I can see if I was rude initially but that wasn't even the case. I even called Mary's name and she ignored me as well.

The event was fun. The bar had a cool atmosphere; genuinely friendly. Planning to eat something there next time. There will certainly be a next time. What fun!

I used to be a regular, in fact I work across the street. I now only come here when I dont have time to go elsewhere. The owners are decent, but the bartender they have there during the afternoon is terrible. She doesn't listen and is very rude. I've been back about 3 times in about 4 months. Every time I come in, this same bartender is at the end of the bar talking to some guy(the same patron, maybe a boyfriend), ignoring what's going on around her. I literally left without ordering one previous occasion, because she never came to take my order and I was pressed for time.
To bad, this bar had potential.
