I had the absolute worst experience here! Wanted to order a burrito bowl with chips and a drink! The place was absolutely disgusting from TOP to Bottom! The serving table was horrific! The health inspector needs to pay a visit! Managers are just as bad as the staff! The line was super long, the service was disgusting, extremely short, and rude! After waiting 45 minutes in line was told they were Out of black beans, rice, chicken, and beef and CHIPS !!! Why be open AT ALL? Worse location I've been to thus far!!! I've always been a huge fan! Now I don't think I'll be returning!

Worst service. This is for the 3rd time they made me wait 45 minutes to pick up food. I don’t necessarily get mad at people but they pushed me to the limit. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Also their attitude is so bad. If you don’t believe me go there and experience yourself.

Went in to get 2 burritos. My girlfriend asked for white rice but was given brown rice. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any beans. They were out of both kinds of shredded cheese. It was a half hour till close so they probably didn’t want to open up another bag. I asked for guac and she put it on the side, to which I wasn’t even given. This place really just sucks every time I go. The food was still good, but not how either of us wanted it.

Had an order to be picked up at 10:30... Store is supposed to open at 1030 and they left me outside until 1045.My order wasn't finished until 1055 and it was for work (catering order). They forgot a few burritos, a few chips and dips as well. The "veggie" burritos were rice and a wrap.While waiting, I used the restroom...... I have no idea what was in the urinal but, holy cow it was disgusting and seeing how I was the first one in the store it means they didn't clean it at all the night before.Not impressed at all and quite frankly pretty disappointed. I'll definitely choose differently next time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I placed a 3rd party delivery order got the run around for an hour, was told lies and eventually didn't even get my food. I spoke to someone who told me that they would contact the 3rd party app themselves to take care of my order and they did but also turned my driver around and cancelled my order. I was originally told as long as my order was placed before 10:30pm it went through and I did. I'm sure of it because I spoke to someone at 10:10 asking questions about some of their menu options. Complete run around for absolutely NOTHING SMH. I would even be upset if the person I spoke to would have just been honest especially since I apologized for the inconvenience of me calling to inquire what was going on withy order. That was the first and last time I will ever order from there. They waited until the last minute so anything else I would have liked to order is now closed. Just a terrible experience all around

My biggest complaint is how disgusting this facility was. Literally found the ONLY clean table in the place to eat at. Nothing was stocked as far as silverware, straws, napkins etc. We had to go ask for some. The employees act like they hate their lives. Only thing decent was the food.

The store was extremely dirty, they’re touching surfaces then touching peoples food without changing gloves. I won’t be back. I’m literally Disgusted.
