The boba here is always delicious and consistent across all my visits. The menu has an insane amount of variety and you can make whatever adjustments you need, R&B tea has something for everybody and will continue to be my go-to boba establishment.
The Google Street photo is very old. The Food Palace has been made into a strip mall with numerous stores: one selling bubble tea; one selling fried chicken; and one selling fingernail and hand products. I've had the chicken, which was pretty good. However, this trip I went to the Asian 169's store with toys, arcade games, and a restaurant. The food was good. It was there Grand Opening and had special entertainment and characters present. See videos.
