I decided to sit inside and enjoy my drink. Well, can’t relax in a coffee shop when you hear Employees bad mouthing another coworker. Calling them wasted space, Retarded. Normally takes a lot for me to complain but, when it comes to “BULLYING” I have to speak my mind. I wanted to stand up and say something, although, broadcasting on here seemed like a better choice. Those workers should be ashamed of themselves! You are there to work, not to bully a coworker. She is a sweet person and always is making sure I get the correct order. She seems to be the only one who does her job right. Seeing from all these complaints the other workers can’t seem to do their jobs right because, they are too busy picking on her. I plan on recording if they start bullying this employee anymore. So I suggest it stops now or I will report it to corporate.

Coffee is just not hot anymore. Coffee used to be nice and hot now, it is just very warm I think they purposely lowered the temperature.

One of the worst Starbucks locations. Some workers are very rude. I placed a mobile order for iced caramel macchiato and upon arrival got yelled at by the clerk (Erin) “not ready yet” Waited another 20 minutes to receive my drink.
I ordered an oat milk shaken expresso via app and for some reason it doesn’t give me the no ice option . After I took the ice out this is what I have. I’m so mad, I really wasted my money this morning . It taste terrible .
