This one has been mediocre at best for about 6 months. Probably would've given 4 stars but this morning she kept my change without even offering to give it back. Didn't open the window again for me to ask for my change back. Tipping culture is occasionally out of hand & just taking the tip is even more silly. Won't be back to this one.
Probably one of the best staffing I’ve seen for a Starbucks in awhile, a special shout out to Gabby, Emily and Ruby! These girls are the sweetest and have some of the best customer service I’ve seen. The super short waits are also awesome here.
So I've been here once via drive-thru and I must say I waited in line probably about 3 minutes and the line was pretty long. Ordered a pink drink, tasted yummy. Initially when I went to pick up window the young lady said "sorry about the wait, just wanted to top you off, here's a napkin for any spillage. Hope you enjoy!" And that's customer service to me! So I'll definitely come back for another order.
