The manager needs to make sure their employees are not working alone!! I placed an online order and went to the store and employee Ashley - a very young woman is working by herself. Ashley was visibly upset and when I asked her if she was okay, she teared up. Ashley was verbally and almost physically assaulted by a previous customer who was upset that she was trying to answer the phone while simultaneously making his order!!
