Pulled into the drive thru and the employee said"welcome to taco bell, just so you know... hold on we'll take your order in a minute" and then left us waiting over 10 minutes, every once in a while saying they'd take my order in a minute. Finally I gave up and went elsewhere. If they had just given us some context, instead of holding us hostage for so long?! Not a problem to wait for food, the worker was very friendly but after 3 separate times explaining yes #2 says soft taco Supreme we would like that minus sour cream he told me no such thing. I finally agree to say JUST ADD tomatoes to my #2. We paid for tomatoes to be added. Get home after a very long wait. No tomatoes and my mexican pizza was nothing like a Mexican pizza. This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. This is a franchise location that gauges prices ($6 box is $10 at this store), and, on top of the that, if the food is not cold or poorly made, they forgot your items. This used to be a good location, but now the food is disgusting and overpriced, the wait times are atrocious, and half the time they can’t even get your order right.
