Giving this 2 stars cause of a recent experience. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. My husband went through the drive thru and they said they were closed. This location is open until 1am at the latest. When he had asked why they were closed early, the lady on the speaker got an attitude with him, and said something about them running out of food early. As a fast food restaurant, how do you run out of food early?

There were no cars in front of me and I waited in the drive-through line for 12 minutes. As soon as I pulled away, they helped the car behind me. The Person taking orders was very rude and not helpful

Here drops in rating to me because of the time it took for me to get my order inside wasn't busy an there were only 3cars in drive-thru so for me to have to wait once making it to the window is kinda baffling as a former fast food an Taco Bell worker myself I know the importance of fast correct an courtesy service 2 out of three is not bad. Usually they are on their A game guess today was off a little . But majority of the time they are GREAT

20+ minute wait in the drive through, no customers inside, only one car ahead at the window.. I'm guessing severely under trained and understaffed.. The franchise owner is definitely losing money at this location.

Pulled into the drive thru and the employee said"welcome to taco bell, just so you know... hold on we'll take your order in a minute" and then left us waiting over 10 minutes, every once in a while saying they'd take my order in a minute. Finally I gave up and went elsewhere. If they had just given us some context, instead of holding us hostage for so long?! Like hello we are having an issue it will be about 10_15 before we can take your order. That way I can choose to wait or to leave. It's always some b s at this place... screams poor management. Also, bring back the chili cheese burrito

Not a problem to wait for food, the worker was very friendly but after 3 separate times explaining yes #2 says soft taco Supreme we would like that minus sour cream he told me no such thing. I finally agree to say JUST ADD tomatoes to my #2. We paid for tomatoes to be added. Get home after a very long wait. No tomatoes and my mexican pizza was nothing like a Mexican pizza. I took 1 bite and it went in trash. I have got the MP many times and never had to throw it away. I don't know if something was on it that shouldn't or that it was 2 inches thick maybe it was to much of something. I don't know. Sad, bad experience.
