Came in today at noon for lunch. They only had flatbread. Typically a competent employee has speed and is versed in the procedures of their occupation. The employee who helped us displayed neither and was reluctant to serve us. This institution deserves their poor reputation until they take steps to care. Disgraceful.

First and last time here!!! I just bought $12 worth of food for lunch. I asked for a cup for water and was told it would be $0.32 for the empty cup. Really, after just paying $12!!! If I would have known this before I already paid, I would have walked out. Then there loss would have been almost $12 by throwing my meal away. Customer retention destroyed over 32 cents.

Terrible service here. The lady was absolutely rude to my boyfriend. He asked for the Italian herb and cheese bread and the lady who was working said they only had white and wheat bread. In a completely rude manner. She must have had a bad day or something but still. Learn how to talk to paying customers. She didn't ask if we wanted our sub to be toasted. So my boyfriend asked if she could toast it and she literally put it in there for not even a minute. Her sub making skills were 0. I saw her cough into her glove and proceeded to make our sandwich. She didn't even give the right receipt to him. Literally the worst experience at a subway ever. Normally I don't write reviews but the service was TERRIBLE at this subway. She could learn how to make better subs too.You bet I won't be back to this one, ever.?

Awful customer service. I was the only one in line and Elizabeth would not look at me. Hoping I would walk away I guess. I got her attention and said is anyone working in the kitchen and she said she didn’t work at Meijers! I stood there and she finally realized I wanted to purchase a subway!!! Rolling her eyes very snotty.

If I could give this subway a 0 star rating I would. The customer service here was a complete joke. I came in there for lunch to order for me and my coworkers. The lady that was taking care of me was named Samantha. Apparently she's the manager of the store. Her attitude was absolutely atrocious. She rolled her eyes when i said all 3 of my sandwiches were separate and every time I said a topping on one of my sandwiches she either told me "slow down" and "hold on", with a nasty attitude. I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant myself and there's no reason as to why she couldn't respect me while taking my order. If you choose to work I'm the fast food industry at least try and be happy while serving customers!! I won't be back.

My first mistake was even coming back to this location after the first awful experience, ordered a chopped salad with 3 pieces of chicken, lady working gave me on piece after I asked multiple times and ignored my request.. pitiful service and not to mention insects were on the exposed meat
