I have been coming here for years, my favorite sushi establishment… until last night. I have a severe shell fish allergy. The new waiter completely ignored me when I explained that my rolls could not be made on the same spot as my friends unless cleaned as she was ordering crab and could not come on the same plate. October (Thursday) 10, 2025. I visited Sushi Bon and it was so good. My day started from entry into the building greeted with a warm smile from the male customer representative as he explained our food choices. We ended up trying Dragon Fire!!!! Whew, this was an AWESOME CHOICE as this was ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. I could taste every bit of those enchanting flavors. I had some tea and I couldn’t talk as the flavors were sooo good. All I could do is mmmmm. The atmosphere was so cozy....
