Definitely check out this Sunday market when it is in season.
We were able to buy and sample various specialties that you might not get from most Thai establishments. We had papaya salad, northern sausage, mango sticky rice, seafood fritters, nam vam (tri color drink), and fried bananas. There was so much variety!
There are some vendors selling non food items, as well as produce.
You are also able to go into the temple for meditation if you would like as long as you are respectful.

Since it is a seasonal market, there are a variety of booths opened. It is one of the best street foods out here in Michigan. Towards the end of the season, you must lookout as there are less booths opened. The most highly recommended foods, traditional to Thai are: coconut desserts like pancake and pink chestnut, banana fritters, mango sticky rice, pork buns, noodles, papaya salad, and pork skewers!
Vegetarian options: A variety of food selections to try but should ask the vendors for confirmation. Try the banana fritters!
Parking: They open up another parking lot just for the Thai market customers.

Excellent choices of traditional foods from our local Thai families who cook on the premises. Each table has unique items to sell. Everything is prepared & packed in containers for you. Picnic tables are available to enjoy your foods right there. Highly recommend a visit.
Vegetarian options: The papaya salad is my favorite new food. The mango & sticky rice is my choice for something sweet.

It's a good experience. The food is as authentic as you can get, and it's all pretty good. Maybe a bit overpriced, but that's alright for the whole it. Bring a friend cause the lines are long.
Parking: There's a few lots down the block and street parking. It's a mad house so don't go there thinking you're just going to slide in somewhere.
