For the most part I have no complaints but don’t ask for Dark Roast on a Saturday morning. Because they’ll give you regular and act like it’s dark roast. Probably because they don’t want to make it. Why not just say you didn’t make any?? Instead of being misleading.

The truth of the matter is the only reason I come to this Tim Hortons is because it’s convenient. Their croissants are underbaked, their bagels are either yesterday’s bagels or pulled straight from the freezer, and their Matcha & chai tea lattes are never full (Always a bunch of foam at the top).
I wish the owner or manager would stop by the 12 mile and Mound location just to see the difference between what they’re serving and what other Tim Hortons...

My favorite place to stop before work 😁 Today 11/29 I was disappointed in the bagel I purchased I asked for it toasted with butter and they gave me a burnt bagel, please make sure the staff knows not to give someone burnt food!
