This is the best location I have ever been too, my ice coffee is always correct, the food is always the best. My boyfriend and I will always come to this location over any other location. I’m from Shelby township and will drive down to this location because they’re super friendly, everything is accurate, the owner is funny and friendly, and it’s overall the best experience everytime I go inside or hit the drive through. This is based solely on my personal experience. 9:45pm and we were ordering the best sandwich they have, BLT SANDWICH. However they were out of the donuts we wanted and the window server was 100 percent best worker I've ever done across at this Tim Hortons. Made my experience enjoyable even though a couple stuff was out of stock. She deserves recognition. You go girl.
The drive thru service is speedy, however, I feel the customer service is substandard unless one of the male supervisors are attending at the window. I feel like my patronage is an inconvenience when I hear “Drive up” after my order is placed instead of hearing what my total is and thank you. There are many Tim Hortons nearby but I choose this one because it is close to home. It would be nice to hear a pleasant voice sometimes, especially in the way to work in the morning.
