My entire $8.79 smoothie had chunks of ice, peanut butter, & banana😏🙃😩. (This picture is of the gross 🤢 end to my smoothie a big chunk of what I assume is banana!)The cashier took forever and then had the nerve to ask for a tip. A tip is for service….good service good tip. What I need to know is WHEN DID DRIVE THRU START DESERVING A TIP?!?!?
First time going to one myself, but went with my sister and had a bad experience. They made the wrong smoothies for us even after the girl told us they didn't have blueberries for the actually drink we ordered. Argued the were the right ones it was just labeled with a different label for **reason** then had sour looms on their faces and attitude and hollered they were being remade, and the remade drink didn't taste right. I would not come here again.
I have to give a huge THANks to the staff. I had a door dash not bring half my order. I had no way to go myself and door dash no help. One of the workers personally brought my missing item. Talk about great customer service!
