Service was absolutely bad. People in drive thru are rude as hell and ignore you. Food was way over cooked and cold. Probably the worse Wendy's in the area. Do not recommend going here.

So I went there about 12 minutes before they closed. Sit in the drive-through for about seven minutes and then shut the lights off and close please. That is so rude. I would’ve went earlier had I known they closed at that time? I thought they’re open late it’s currently November 15, 2:02 AM. Great job guys.

Waited 15 minutes to not get correct order. Doors locked before 10. Cars wrapped. Employees won’t answer the phone. Ended up leaving with missing food because we didn’t want to wait in endless drive thru line again.

I come here several times per week and usually my experience is a good one. Fast service, good people. Usually when I order, it's the same thing. Chicken Biggie bag, no coke, no sauce.....5.30, second window. When I order it, I actually say "$5.30 second window" because it's the same every time and usually it gets a laugh from staff. Not today. I ordered my food, said what I usually say and pulled up. I handed my card to the cashier. Woman, cheetah square glasses, red tattoo on right arm. When she handed it back, she loudly said "Here!". Ok whatever. Then when she handed me the bag she said "Here!". I knew then she was having some kind of issue with me. Then handed me the drink, same thing "Here!". She was just put off by me for some reason. None of it was needed. I said nothing else to this woman other than placing my order. Apparently the added "$5.30 second window" set her off emotionally. I work in the same area as this Wendys, and I am in customer service too. Its really not that hard to put your emotions into check and just give good service. If what I said did that, she has to be getting short and angry with other customers too. Won't be back.
