Editing my rating on my recent experience. Ordered from the mobile app for delivery. Food arrived quickly, so that was a plus. My large chili was missing, the buns on the burgers were rock hard and inedible. The burgers themselves were cold and shriveled, like they had been sitting out a very long time. The fries were ice cold and seemed stale. We always order from this location, and today was an absolute miss.

Just got doordashed an order where they clearly didn't have any quality or IQ standards. No straw, no napkins, no sour cream or butter for potato, I got a hamburger where the bun was hard as a rock, clearly made by an idiot who didn't care. Lost my business today which is a shame because I order quite often. I will order from the next nearest wendy's from now on. Whoever was making sandwiches on 3-25 at 7:45pm shouldn't be allowed to touch food again.

It’s the first time I’ve been in this I walk in 20 minutes no one passed by to pick up order and then I saw someone come in and he asked me how long you’ve been waiting. He took my order and I did not see anyone of most professional there making food no gloves. This is gonna be the last time in this

Went through the drive thru. Wasn’t super busy for being lunch time. When I got to the window to pay it was one of the rudest experiences I had in awhile. Gal didn’t say a word… not hi… not order total… nothing. Just snatched my card. When she handed my card back still no words had been exchanged. She handed me the card and rolled her eyes. I laughed because I’m amused by folks that act some way for literally no reason. Idk who the big guy was that handed my order out of the window a moment later, but he should’ve been the one running the window. He spoke. Has manners. I will never go to this wendy’s again. Thats unnecessary roughness.
Can you hire someone who knows the prices. And then you give me the wrong order? Who's food order was you putting in?

In the fast food industry, it's pretty normal to have your best employees working the lunch rush. Let me just say, if this the best they have to offer at this Wendy's, I would hate to see their B team, because this service was rough. There is no communication between the employees, the man running the register is helping no one around him, and generally seems to have no idea what is going on. Wait times are approaching half an hour for small orders, doordasher are waiting in the wings with no updates on their orders. What an absolute mess.
