It’s the first time I’ve been in this I walk in 20 minutes no one passed by to pick up order and then I saw someone come in and he asked me how long you’ve been waiting. He took my order and I did not see anyone of most professional there making food no gloves. This is gonna be the last time in this
Went through the drive thru. Wasn’t super busy for being lunch time. When I got to the window to pay it was one of the rudest experiences I had in awhile. Gal didn’t say a word… not hi… not order total… nothing. Just snatched my card. When she handed my card back still no words had been exchanged. She handed me the card and rolled her eyes. We serious waited in line for 40 minutes there were 6 cars ahead of us. I have never had to wait this long . There was seven people working inside when we got to the window. When we got home our food was cold and my grandsons frosty was melted we are four minutes from the restaurant This was ridiculous. The manager is not doing their job.
