new owners, disappointing service and bagels. i didn't think "toasted everything bagel with cream cheese" was a difficult order, but i guess it is? because the bagel was untoasted, hard and way too chewing. I've never gotten a bagel w/ Cream cheese anywhere and not been able to tell if they actually put any on or not.Basically got an inedible cold lump of boiled then baked seasoned dough. Definitely not the same quality since Stewart left. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to the Commerce location! They serve better and more consistent products ! They are also actually open during the times posted on their website...unlike this place.

It's run by a new owner and still making GREAT bagels. I read a negative review about this shop. The previous owner could be impatient but he was close to retired anyway. The new owner is friendly. Let's support this great local bagel shop!

Already missing Stuart! Happy retirement! Bagels still great. But new owners already making changes. Coolers of beverages gone. No self serve coffee when we were there. All the price signs no longer posted. Definitely due to price changes. Definitely increased significantly. Probably what was disappointing is amount of cream cheese on the bagel. Owner actually scolded employee for putting too much. Barely had a schmear. If I’m paying more for cream cheese than the actual bagel, I wanna see the cream cheese. An onion bake wit cream cheese and a Asiago Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese cost 7.25 !! Yikes !

Small place tucked in corner of a strip mall. Super nice guys. Open on Easter morning. Really good bagels, and jalopeno cream cheese too. Asked for a dozen variety with one cinnamon sugar, and very happy with the mix. And only 20.75 even with 2 tubs of cream cheese. Cash only.
Best bagels around!! The owner is RUDE, Rude in person and on the phone. Rude to my kids. Rude to his employees. what kind of person is rude to kids?…. Can’t believe this person can interact with people and stay open. Disappointing.
