We never been here. Seen all kinds of reviews on the web. Was bored today so I thought I'd travel around and try stuff I seen. Just got the basic chocolate cookie and it was delicious. My kid also enjoyed. Probably will come back later.

First time trying Crumbl. Won’t be back. Customer service at this location is terrible! Two girls standing around just talking and a young guy, I told 3 times I needed to place an order. Told me I could do it myself. I said no I’d like to place the order with you as I’ve never been here. Very rude workers!!!

The service was friendly and my order was ready on time. The only issue I had was that the cornbread cookie was drenched in syrup and the syrup was dripping outside of the box, and it got on my other cookie. From my experience in the past they usually give a container of syrup with the cookie, not pour it on.
