This is the second time we've ordered and paid online and our order wasn't ready for pick up. Had to wait an hour the first time for them to fix this issue. The second time we waited 30 minutes and they didn't even have the cookies we pre-ordered. Crazy thing is it was just the classic chocolate chip. Worst coustomer service when picking up. 3 people working and only one was willing to help. The other two just standing around. Definitely will not be using this location again.

As soon as my husband and I walked in the door we were instantly greeted and welcomed in. Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. They were out of one of the cookies that we had wanted to try but we were there later in the day so it makes sense. We always frequent this store because it is always a great experience.
