So I just recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to try this location. The atmosphere was very friendly and the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the pizza was okay, I got pepperoni and Italian sausage on it but the rib tips were not good at all. As a single mom every dollar I spend on our food is important to me and I expect to be satisfied but the rib tips had a lot of fat on them and literally barely any meat. I could have just saved my money and cooked at home honestly. Also I don’t have a scale at home but it didn’t look or feel like a pound of rib tips which is what I ordered and paid for. I’m not going to completely write them off because I believe in 2nd chances hopefully the 2nd time around is better but I definitely won’t ever get the rib tips again.

Had a bad experience at another location. Corporate sent coupons and made me whole. Refusing to use them at previous location..visited the Waterford spot. Like night/day!!! Awesome everything. The owner is great, my order, perfect!!
Honestly I got the half slab of ribs and fries and bread after a long stressful day and it was absolutely ??? I loved the flavor i know you guys were all stressed out with it being so busy for Superbowl sunday the wait was a little longer but man what a great job your crew did thanks again

Food is always great it’s just we ordered a large fry for $4.99 and the proportion size seemed like a small. The manager said he’d add more next time which is appreciated but c’mon this feels like a rip off and we’ve spent plenty of money here.
