My co-worker placed an order and it took over 30 minutes for them to receive their order. I'm sorry but for a company who advertises fast delivery sure takes its time to make a delivery 3 minutes down the road...... I won't ever order from there if that's their idea of customer service.
The food may be ok but the drivers are the worst - always park in handicapped parking when spaces are limited and others need them. Store management has not made it clear to the drivers that this is not acceptable and the drivers don't seem to care. Delivering to a high school on a daily basis may be good money for someone but can the drivers pay the ticket or towing charge for parking illegally? I don't really care. I am fed up with this.
