I ordered a meal in the website tonight at 835 pm to be delivered. The website allowed me to make the purchase but then I received an email saying that I won’t be expecting my order until tomorrow? I tried to call and no one answered. If it wasn’t going to be made tonight then why did the purchase go through? If they weren’t going to deliver it once they received the order then why was it not canceled and refunded immediately? I was also sent a link saying that Uber was going to be delivering the order and at 930 I was sent another text saying that the order was canceled because the driver couldn’t deliver it. This is extremely unprofessional and upsetting.

I live 30 minutes away from this location but I needed a catering order so I chose this location as it was close to the venue. I am so happy that I came to this location. The food was so good and everyone loved it. The employee named Cole was the nicest guy. He was so friendly and helpful. Better service than any of the locations close to me.

jimmy john’s is very delicious, but there is this one worker I believe named Blake he was very rude. and would laugh at me and my friends. did not appreciate that. happens a lot and would just like to tell the boss about him he has a short bald and i believe his name is blake but not sure. but everyone else is very nice and kind!

Again there subs are not stale, the food at Jimmy is definitely fresher than Subway. No more bread.
The Gargantuan sub is AMAZING & so filling!! If you're hungry & you can't decide on a sandwich, get the Gargantuan, it has a little bit of everything!! This location was super-friendly & "freaky-fast", before I could sit down, my sandwhiches were done!
Vegetarian options: Jimmy Johns has plenty of options for vegetarians.
