Over an hour for delivery and the order wasn't done correctly. Missing ingredients, asked for light cheese and was given extra. Nothing was done about the sandwich until a half hour of me waiting and the store then saying my sandwich was finally being made.

Disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. Price is high for what you get and I can buy better subs at Kroger/Walmart/Meijer/etc. Not much meat and it wasn't very good. Will not eat here again.

Knock knock...this is not a joke, you can physically knock on the top of the sub the bread is so hard. They used to be a great location. Now everytime I get it from here the bread is like biting into a 2×4 of wood.

I tried a Gluten Free salad wrap sandwich which is basically a large iceberg lettuce leaf that is used instead of a tortilla (wheat) wrap. First time I heard of such a thing, and it was good enough. The fillings in the sandwich were good enough, but could have done with some dressing/sauce. Service was friendly and kind.

Aug 8th: Had to update because I was honestly very disappointed. Wouldn't let me put the rating on the update so I've had to add it here. Photos are from today. Ordered the hunters club and Tuna club which is what we usually get and offers double meat, paid extra for Avocado. Found no Avocado and there's almost no meat on either sandwhich. And there not even busy...

Thoroughly disgusted. I live approximately 1.5 miles from this Jimmy John's location, I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location for at least 10 years or more. My most recent purchase, on May 30th, was delivered by the normal delivery guy who knows me and I come right out and grab my food from him. Today June 1st I placed an order at 3:16 p.m., it was 4:10 and I still didn't have it so I made a call, and some inconsiderate disrespectful girl on the phone told me that someone put a note in my account to never deliver to my address again. This female tried to state that it was my request to never have anyone delivered to my address again, which, was a complete lie. When I asked this lady when the note was put in and by whom because I just had to delivery 2 days ago, she got mad and annoyed and told me if I wanted to come into the store I could place my order. Do not order from this location, do not go into the store and eat at this location, they are the most disrespectful individuals and lie about customers and Managers actually add notes to customer's accounts and then lie about it.

They must get QUITE the deal on mayo. Not a centimeter of my sandwich wasn’t DRIPPING in mayo. Ordered no Mayo, and they said NAH FAM. EXTRA MAYO 4 U. Clearly a surplus of Mayo at this location. Buyer beware. They’re swimming in Mayo over here

I ordered a meal in the website tonight at 835 pm to be delivered. The website allowed me to make the purchase but then I received an email saying that I won’t be expecting my order until tomorrow? I tried to call and no one answered. If it wasn’t going to be made tonight then why did the purchase go through? If they weren’t going to deliver it once they received the order then why was it not canceled and refunded immediately? I was also sent a link saying that Uber was going to be delivering the order and at 930 I was sent another text saying that the order was canceled because the driver couldn’t deliver it. This is extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
